I leave my mat in the corner so I thought I would make a bag to match the room. I based it on the pattern at:http://www.joyfulabode.com/shavasana-yoga-mat-bag/.

The socks are my fingerless glove pattern but a little bigger.I worked it for the toe up to the ankle since the foundation row is the least stretchy and you don’t want to pull that part up over your foot. I chained 28 (I used soft yarn and it was pretty stretchy). A worsted weight would probably be more like 30-32. I just double crocheted and a couple of rows then joined and started crocheting in the round. I chained 15 to create the heel opening. I just kept trying it on to figure out the number of rows.
